Bingo Story app starts to open but stops. The screen displays the Bingo Story icon bouncing and won’t open. I’ve deleted the app from both my iPad and my iPhone then reinstalled it. I’ve rebooted both devices. Neither of these action solved the problem.

Thank you for your response. I have reached out to the app developer’s support team a couple of times but have not received anything but a canned message saying they received my message and their team is looking into it. In the past they have responded fairly quickly but not this time. I’m not the only person having this issue with this app.
Bingo Story will not open on my iPad. It will not fully load
