I bought the silicone mag case for my iphone 14pro and the silicone is peeling off the edges (purchased on may 2023) Does apple have a warranty on their cases that cover this?

How you manage your personal records or obtain misplaced proof of purchase from a 3rd party is beyond the scope of this forum.
Mine has started chipping on the side and I purchased the case back in mid-Sept through Best Buy. Can’t seem to find the receipt. I have the box and everything and has sent Apple photos but they still require the receipt. Are they no longer able to provide replacement through the serial number at the back of the box?
Or even look up to see if the serial number matches and that it is an authentic apple silicone case in winter blue?
Do I go to Best Buy and ask if they can assist in providing me a receipt for back in September 2023?
