Notifications on iPhone when Apple Watch is connected

Hi. I recently became an Apple Watch (series 7) owner and have encountered an inconvenience of use. When I have the Apple Watch on my hand, notifications come to the watch and iPhone (12), but the iPhone screen does not light up. The notification is only displayed on the Apple Watch screen. This is very inconvenient, because at work I have my iPhone on the docking station in front of me and it's easier for me to see the notifications there than to constantly lift my hand to see them on the watch. Is there any way to have notifications on both devices at the same time, I mean the screens light up on both devices when notifications are received?
