When screen recording is turned on, the device limits itself to 60 fps.

When I turn on screen recording on my 14 pro max device, the fps drops. I've been reporting this issue for 1 year and it directs me to app developers. The answer I got from apple engineering department today is yes, we automatically limit the device to 60 fps when screen recording is turned on. When I record a screen on such a good device, I cannot use the device even at 90 fps, the device freezes up, I want it to be resolved.
