Why is my App Store disabled and why can’t I download anything

I tried downloading apps on my phone and it popped a message saying “ your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
