Why i can’t delete a city on weather app

To delete a city:

1. Open the weather app and click the button in the bottom right corner to open the list view.
2. Click the three dots button in the top right corner
3. Click Edit List
4. Click the red button with a minus on it next to the city
5. Click the red trash button next to it
6. Click done in the top right corner.
