My top touch bar not working, can touch bar of mac pro 13" can be replace alone or enite key pad will be replaced. And what would be cost for this? Please help me to provide the information on this.
You can see the top touch bar which having spot and gree color issue. And also it's flickering.

An official Apple repair will consist of replacing the entire Top Case Assembly which includes the Touchbar, Keyboard, Trackpad, and Battery (some models may also include the speakers). The repair will be expensive if the laptop is not covered by warranty. Only Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider can provide you with a current repair estimate.
