Can’t find duplicates album on photos 4.0 on macOS Mojave
How do I find the duplicate album on Photos version 4.0 running on macOS Mojave? If it is not supported is it supported by Catalina (the most my Mac mini can update to)?

The Duplicate Album is not available in Photos 4 on macOS Mojave.
It comes with the most recent versions of Photos on macOS 12 or 13.

You could try to use third-party apps to find duplicates, but use only safe apps, that do not damage your Photos Library or install malware to steal your data. Power Photos is safe to use, as far as I can tell. It does not modify the Photos Library directly but is using the program interface of Photos to remove duplicates.
