Recovering Internet History:

Enable Safari in iCloud:

Safari is builtin to the macOS. So, log in to the same Apple ID on you devices, and enable Safari in iCloud preferences, and all would expectedly sync.

On a Mac:

1. Go to: System Preferences or System Settings
2. Click: Apple ID (on top-right)
3. Select: Safari (by giving it a check mark)

On an iPhone or iPad.

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: [your name] 
3. Tap: iCloud.
4. Tap: Safari, so that is is green
