Apple Arcade randomly loses all data

Opening Dead Cells on Apple TV to find this is the 3rd - yes THIRD time I have lost all of my progress data. Even the save slots are empty. And no, my subscription has never lapsed. And no, I don’t play it on any other devices (answering these as they appear to be the palm-off answers given to others who have experienced this immensely frustrating issue)


How can you run a subscription gaming service that cannot even keep your data safe?!
