Why am I getting an error 400 message on my ipad

In referencing Error #400, perhaps you refer to your Safari or other web-browser App when attempting to view a specific webpage?
400 Bad Request
The server cannot or will not process the request due to an apparent client error (e.g., malformed request syntax, size too large, invalid request message framing, or deceptive request routing).
