Why i cant download my photos in icloud?

Why i cant download my photos in icloud? The phone says “unable to load photo an error occured while loading a photo higher quality version of this photo”. Please help, thank you in advane

iOS 17.1.1 Iphone 13 photos not loading in iCloud I updated to iOS 17.1.1 and since then any of my photos are loading in iCloud. Do you know what could be the reason of that? I entered the gallery one day before update, it was working fine. I got update and NONE (past, recent, none) of my pictures are loading in iCloud. They are visible and fine directly on my phone. Please advice :) This is how a gallery looks like in iCloud
