Charged without permission

After adding a new card to my wallet I was charged for subscriptions that were cancelled a long time ago, one of them being a YEARLY subscription. This is ridiculous, I got robbed and the subscriptions don’t even exist in the apps that charged me through apple, they just took my money. The apps were even uninstalled when I was charged. Does anyone know what I can do? There is nowhere I can complain to a living apple support member. I need help.

That’s not my point. I cancelled the subscription ages ago. Please read properly.

Apple was evidently still showing unpaid items for your account and when a valid payment method was added to your account, it was charged per the terms and conditions of your account. Your permission has nothing to do with the charges.
