i did not receive neither a confirmation nor the itunes gift card

i recently bought an itunes gift card as a guest, however once the purchase was confirmed on the website it said i would receive an email. low and behold the email of confirmation has not arrived and neither has my 25$ gift card. im not sure what to do now... i restarted my entire phone, deleted the gmail app and reinstalled it.. but nothing!! i have bought one before and it stated within an hour i will receive it. its been over an hour... what do i do!!

Check your spam folder of the Web version mailbox.

Check the spam folder of the mail client software.
