apple purchase history

I'd like to be able to see my purchase history -- anything I've bought using my apple ID and password -- mostly ebooks but perhaps other items. Not just what I've bought, but the purchase price of each item.

I am not able to receive my purchases bills from apple any more. I used to do a resend on Music app and after some minutes I got an email which I used to file in my purchases list. Recently I get the message that is is being sent but never get the mail.
