It's likely that your device isn't currently connected to a stable internet connection. To confirm the connectivity status, you can test it by launching an application that relies on internet access. WhatsApp serves as a prime example in this case. When you open WhatsApp, it promptly initiates a connection with its servers to sync your chats and display incoming messages in real-time. If your chat history is visible and you're receiving updates instantly, this confirms that your device is indeed connected to the internet.

To keep your Freeform boards up to date on all your Apple devices where you're online and signed in with the same Apple ID, you can use iCloud. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud. Below Apps using iCloud, tap Show All, then turn on Freeform (green is on).
