ipad support service is not installed, i tried every solution i can find on your apple community articles, non of them worked!

My iPad pro 3rd gen can't be accessed by my laptop(MSI, win11), i reinstalled itunes from your website here but my laptop still doesn't read my iPad.

This is what happened when i tried to connect my iPad with my laptop with the original type c cable you provided.

You may need to fully uninstall iTunes for Windows - and restart your computer before attempting to reinstall. If you have AV software installed, this may be interfering with the installation process; while you do so entirely at your own risk, your AV software may need to be temporarily disabled while you are installing iTunes for Windows.


Ensure that your installed version of iTunes has been updated to the most recent version; the essential device drivers are included.

Update to the latest version of iTunes – Apple Support


If your iPad isn’t recognised when connected, try using a different USB port; if your computer has both USB-C and USB Type-A ports, try a Type-A port. Otherwise, this support page may help with troubleshooting connection difficulties:
