I recently went from iPhone 11 to iPhone 14 Pro Max. The transfer of apps and information went smoothly except for my Microsoft Office Outlook, which is used for company emails, calendars, etc. I am receiving Outlook notifications, but no emails in the app. How can I fix this?

Delete and re-add the mail account, or re - enter your password for the account.
