Why doesn't my activity have the move, exercise, and stand records even though I completed all the workouts during that day

Manually added workout not showing in activity rings A couple of days ago I left my watch at home to charge while I went for a walk, and was out about 90 minutes. I forgot to add the active calories and exercise time so did so today via the Health app on my phone. However while the Activity app shows the workout, the rings and data shows nothing. It means I’ve broken my activity streak and isn’t accurate based on my exercise. any idea how to fix this? I have added data before within 24 hours and it’s been fine, but this was 72 hours later!

try and restart your watch and its paired iPhone to see if the issues are persisting

I have tried but it remains unchanged.
