How to change my Apple ID's passcode without my iPhone?
I forgot my phone to my friend house.
I don’t trust him and he knows my passcode.
How can i change my phone passcode by using my apple id

Not possible. There is no reason to give anyone your Passcode or even your Apple ID Password unless you are comfortable allowing them to make purchases from your device as well as view all of your personal information.
You may want to erase the device using Find My so your information is not compromised. If you just mark it as lost, it can still be used after entering that Passcode.
