Iphone 13 pro's touch screen not working.

Restart your iPhone or iPad. Make sure your screen is clean and free of any debris or water. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different socket, cable or charger.

I have the same problem. After the update. My 13 pro - randomly freezes with its touch screen response. Several reboots - sometimes help it active again. Very frustrating because I cannot use my essential tool.
