Cannot paste photo/company info on email iPhone signature

You can add it on Mac and the same will get reflected in an iPhone.

This pics below are self-explanatory. If this is activated on Mac then the same reflects on your iPhone if it uses the same email account.

1. On your iPhone, open the Gmail app .
2. At the top left, tap Menu and then Settings.
3. Under "Compose and Reply," tap Signature settings.
4. Turn on "Mobile Signature."
5. Add or edit your mobile signature.
6. To add a photo there, long press here and paste the copied photo from your Photos application
7. To save, tap Back.

Just to make sure before I send a screenshot, are you trying to update signature in you Gmail app or Mail app on your Iphone please?

You can customize the email signature that appears automatically at the bottom of every email you send. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Signature (below Composing). Tap the text field, then edit your signature.

After looking through my iPhone, I could see Paste option but I'm able to paste only text in the signature box. Currently, there isn't a feature directly available to you to set up image as signature on your iPhone.

I'd suggest 2 options:

1. If you have a Mac, follow above steps shared by a user with screenshots to set up Signature first. After setting up, the signature will reflect on your iPhone as well (if you're using same iCloud accounts on Mac and Iphone)
2. If you don't have a Mac, download Gmail application on your iPhone where you can easily set up your signature including your company logo by following these steps:

1. On your iPhone, open the Gmail app .

5. Add or edit your mobile signature.

I ve got the same issue

the "paste" button won t appear so there s no way I can paste an image (i have a logo image as asignature)

Not a gmail client

Can someone advise?
