Getting a Receipt of Purchase:

A. Contact the Seller:

If purchased at a retail store, then bring along you credit card you paid for it with, and give them the approximate date of purchase.

B. Bring the Original Packaging:

If you still have the original packing, then see if that is an option.

C. Bring a Photo ID:

You'll need to prove who you are. So, bring along a Photo ID.

D. Research Consumer Law:

Depending on your residence, consumer law may vogue for the replacement.
