Touch ID has been deleted completely from my settings; how do i reinstall this?
I tried to delete a fingerprint and it deleted that with the settings to use Touch ID whatsoever.

you can delete a fingerprint, but you cannot delete the feature
if your device has a touch Id then go to settings, touch id & passcode, then add a fingerprint
if your device does mot have a touch id, meaning not having a button which scans your finger, then the setting does not exist
