It seems like you're trying to update your computer's operating system to macOS High Sierra (version 10.13), but your computer isn't recognizing any available updates beyond version 10.9.5. There could be a few reasons for this issue. Here's what you can try:

  1. Check Compatibility: First, make sure your computer is actually compatible with macOS High Sierra. Some older Mac models might not support this version. You can find the list of compatible models on Apple's official website.
  2. Direct Download: If your computer is compatible, you can try to download macOS High Sierra directly from the Apple website. Go to the App Store and search for "macOS High Sierra" or use this link: macOS High Sierra. Click on the "Download" button and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
  3. App Store Update Section: If the direct download doesn't work, open the App Store on your Mac and navigate to the "Updates" section. Sometimes, macOS updates are listed there. If you see macOS High Sierra available for download, you can initiate the update from there.
  4. Apple Support: If none of the above methods work, it's possible that there might be an issue with your App Store settings or your current macOS version. You can contact Apple Support for assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and guide you through the process.
  5. Create Bootable USB Drive: As a last resort, you can create a bootable USB drive with macOS High Sierra and perform a clean installation. This involves downloading the macOS High Sierra installer, creating a bootable USB drive using a tool like "DiskMaker X," and then installing the operating system from the USB drive. This method should work regardless of your current macOS version.

Remember to back up your important data before attempting any major updates or installations.

Keep in mind that the instructions I provided are based on the information available up to September 2021. If there have been changes or developments after that date, I recommend checking the official Apple website or seeking assistance from Apple Support for the most up-to-date guidance.
