Apple Savings accounts are all currently individual accounts and there are no provisions for adding co-owners. You can designate your spouse as a beneficiary POD (Payable on Death). Apple Savings account statement are emailed to the account owner once a month, usually on the first of the month. If you make a deposit or withdrawal, make a screenshot and sent the image to your spouse.
I know that’s not ideal and there are other HYSA on the market. Some accounts are more restrictive, some have more options, some pay higher interest. But the bottom line is, there is no one best HYSA for all people. If your circumstances require a different product, do your due diligence and investigate various accounts in the marketplace.
Sometimes, it’s best to talk to a trusted individual that can provide sound options and advice on what will best meet your situation. Local banks can be good resources and many larger banks have individuals that have higher levels of training and ethics than just a guy on YouTube. Look for certifications like CFP (Chartered Financial Planner, CLU (Chartered LIfe Underwriter) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner). Some may charge a fee or have a seminar you can attend.
I don’t mean to preach, but this is an often asked question and many individuals don’t know where to turn for sound financial planning advice.

Sorry, it's not possible at this time. Apple Savings accounts are individual.
Even if sharing an Apple Card, each user gets their own independent Apple Savings account.
"Setup a beneficiary" is the stupidest possible non-answer to "how do I setup a joint Apple Savings account". That's only like "joint" when the account owner dies. Until then, it does nothing to make access to one account joint or, more critically to us, solve the problem of each card co-owner's daily rebate going to different places.
So, I guess we'll just set her up with her own Apple Savings account She can forward the statement to me each month since I track our finances. The seed money we were going to put in "my" Apple Savings will just have to be split into two piles one of which will have to make stops in each of our Apple Cash accounts before getting in "her" Apple Savings. This is *not* a typical seamless Apple Experience.
Apple Savings seems like kind of a hack. Lack of any web presence like https://card.apple.com, and the inability to have a true joint account both come to mind as signs that it was a rush job. Maybe Goldman Sachs' replacement will be willing to solve these issues to get Apple to let them get in the bed.
