Excel file corrupted

Hi, im using the MacbookPro M2 chip and i always have experience where my excel file got corrupted right after ive created or saved one. Anyone have the same issue with me? need help.

Excell for Mac: how can I retrieve this file!! I just finished inputting data for the past 3 hours. Now excell says it is a corrupted file. How do I get it back???? (I hate microsoft!) This is the message I get: "Excel cannot open the file '~$Visitors Log for 2022.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."

Unable to open Excel or csv files I'm using a Mac Book Pro with M1 Pro chip, running current OS (Ventura 13.2.1). I use Excel (MS Office 365 for Mac) heavily and sometimes when trying to open a file I get error messages that file cannot be found. But if I do a shutdown and restart, everything opens normally. What is wrong? this happens with various files, all of which were created on this Mac. Office 365 automatically updates. How do I prevent this from happening?

Excel is a Microsoft product start by contacting Microsoft or looking at their help site.
