Imessage filter for unsolicited political texts?

I receive a ton of texts (more than 30 ) each and every day from the Trump campaign pathetically begging me for money. I never gave them a dime and signed up for any of them in the first place. The messages are sometimes offensive and It's over whelming to say the least and clogging up all of my devices. Often calling me by the wrong name. Is there any way we can simplify the blocking and deleting process and possibly having filters on iMessage?

Apple is all about personal privacy but has an open door policy to this kind of unsolicited harassment. I know you can forward them to the fcc but it would be wonderful if Apple gave us options to help protect ourselves from this kind of intrusion. There are bandaid apps like textkiller for my iPhone but nothing for the Mac. Please advise.
