over the last week my IPhone 14 is showing unknown caller even though they are in my contact list. I have completed updates and reset the phone with no success. I am with 02 who advised a reset and wait 24 hrs. Still no joy. Can you advise me how to resolve this please.

You may've stored an incorrect phone number format in the contact list.
Spaces, Hyphen or Parentheses in a Phone number depends on the International prefix
