If I remember right I think I signed in on my friends iPhone 14 to find my phone or a device then my photos started showing up on her phone or I cloud I think it was her phone as well as her photos on my iCloud and if I view my passwords her password for Apple ID show up on my phone. She also had mention something about Spotify asking for my login information what can I do thanks

There’s no good way to disentangle a merged Apple ID, as the data is entirely shared, merged, blended.
