I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your iPhone 7. When a restore process repeatedly fails at a specific percentage, it could indicate a few potential problems. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Turn off your iPhone, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
    1. Restart the device. That's it.
    2. Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
  2. I assume you have a PC. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer. Outdated software might cause compatibility issues with your iPhone. Download and use iTunes for Windows 10
  3. A faulty or damaged USB cable or port could lead to connection problems during the restoration process. Try using a different cable and connecting to a different USB port on your computer. Identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning connector ...
  4. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Then press and hold the side button until you see the recovery mode screen. iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, and iPod touch (7th generation): press and hold the top (or side) and volume down buttons at the same time. Keep holding them until you see the recovery mode screen. If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch
  5. Security software on your computer may sometimes interfere with the restore process. Temporarily disable or exit any security software, firewalls, or antivirus programs before attempting the restore.
  6. If possible, try restoring your iPhone using a different computer. This can help identify if the issue is specific to your computer or if it's related to the iPhone itself.

Remember that restoring your iPhone will erase all data on it, so make sure you have a recent backup if you're able to access your iPhone before the issue occurred.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it is recommended to reach out to Apple Support or visit an authorized service center for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your device model and iOS version.
