ASSIGNED RINGTONE NOT WORKING

Need Help!

RE: RINGTONE ASSIGNED TO CERTAIN CONTACTS NOT WORKING!!!

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max, two days ago (which was pretty expensive) for the new Ringtones assigned to certain contacts not to work. I also tried going through the “i” contact info and verified that the assigned Ringtones are set, but it plays the default Ringtone and NOT THE RINGTONES ASSIGNED! Please help resolve this issue.

hello, is it ringtones that you purchased in iTunes Or is it ringtones that are already on the device ? Also have you tried to turn off the device and back on?
