updating does not complete.

It does not update. it comes to the end and stops, although the net is good.

I want to download apps like word, excel, however it replies that the version need to be updated to 11, but, as I said, I have a problem with updating my Mac.

my Mac is MacBook Pro 2013

your MBP may or may not be compatible with Big Sur. is it an early or late 2013? if early, it is not compatible.
