Get flashlight icon back on Lock Screen iPhone 11

Add Flashlight Back to Control Center:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Control Center
3. Scroll Down: to More Controls
4. Tap: the [+] icon next to Flashlight

Hello, Go to settings,Control Center and find the flash light option under more controls and add it. Hope that helps

The Flashlight icon cannot be removed from the Lock Screen, (AFAIK,) so you probably mean it is gone from the Control Center, in which case you can follow the steps provided by anonymoususerr23 and TheLittles to get it back.
