Problems Scheduling Workouts in the Nike Training Club App

The NTC provides the ability to schedule workouts. However on my iPhone 13 w/ iOS Version 16.6. In the App, the menu populates but I'm not able to tap any of the selection options. I have to tap the background in order for the menu to close. At that time, I can return to the workout and continue as normal. I've never been able to use the 'Schedule' feature in the App. Any suggestions?

First, we'd recommend checking for and installing any updates that may be available for the app to see if that helps. This article explains how: How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support


If that doesn't help, you may also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
