apple tv remote will not charge
Apple TV remote stopped working. Charged for 24 hours on charger that works for my iPhone 14. Remote does not light up or seem to work as it did previously.

The remote is not designed to light up. It sends its commands by bluetooth (radio waves), not visible light. The remote also has an IR transmitter for volume control, but that is also not visible to human eyes.
