Unable to backup updated iPhone 13 Pro Max IOS 16.6 to iCloud over wifi

My home has very strong wifi & my updated iPhone 13 Pro Max IOS 16.6 showing 4 wifi bars as well as strong wifi connection to my Xfinity Gateway (over 1400 Mbps to Gateway). Everytime I attempt to backup my iPhone to iCloud I get the dreaded "The last backup could not be completed because of poor network conditions" error message? I've disconnected & reconnected iPhone to my wifi network several times as well as turned iPhone on and off several times to no avail, help.

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update, and how you have troubleshot this, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there aw necessary

Thanks. I'll need to upgrade my AT&T plan to 5G in order to backup using cellular instead.

This issue only started happening recently with my iPhone where it's having difficulty backing up to iCloud or updating IOS using my strong home wifi? Going to bring my iPhone in to Apple Store to see if they can get it to use wifi or perhaps it might need repair/replacement.
