I deleted the Apple Music app from my home screen but I often see Apple Music in my widgets as if I was playing music from the app. I click on it and the app opens even though it supposedly isn’t downloaded. Every time I plug my phone into my car to use apple car play, Apple Music starts playing without me even doing anything. HOW DO I DELETE THIS APP COMPLETELY AND FOR GOOD?!

Delete a built-in app from your device
On your iPhone or iPad:
1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Remove App from the shortcut menu.
3. Tap Delete App from the submenu.
If you have Apple Watch, deleting an app from your iPhone also deletes that app from your Apple Watch.
On your Apple Watch:
1. Press the Digital Crown to show all your apps on the Home Screen.
2. Touch and hold the display until the View Options screen appears.
3. Tap Edit Apps.
4. Tap the Delete buttonon the app that you want to delete, then tap Delete App to confirm.
5. Press the Digital Crown to finish.
If you delete a built-in app from your Apple Watch that is also on your iPhone, such as Contacts, the app isn't deleted from your iPhone.
