If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.

Spoke to a representative, who showed me where to go to try to find all my Apple ID and report them to be deleted. The problem I’m facing is the Apple ID that were created were done by my hacker… Meaning I do not have the password and wouldn’t remember the password regardless this is been two years of hacking so if you find out any answer, please let me know. Thank you.
