Shared albums don't show up on my Mac I just update the software on my Mac yesterday, and after that when I get back to Photos, I can't see my shared album anymore. And I tried to open iCloud for Photos on my mac. They ask me to purchase more storage to open it, it is so weird. Because I still can see and use it on my phone with the same iCloud, and before it showed up on this Mac too. I don't why after updating to Ventura 13.2, I can't see Shared albums on Photos anymore.

iCloud Photos - can't see toolbar or a way to view Shared Albums It should be possible (it used to be possible?) to view Shared Albums in the Photos section of iCloud on the web. Apple's own advice - View your iCloud Shared Photo Library on iCloud.com - Apple Support (CA) - says to "Click the pop-up menu in the Photos toolbar." and gives a screenshot showing what should appear (attached). But when I logon to iCloud and display the Photos page, I see nothing I could click (screenshot attached). Does anyone know what I'm not seeing, or if the feature has been deprecated, or if I should have enabled something first, or...? Thanks. Apple's advice What I see [Edited by Moderator]

Shared albums empty ... why? I am using Photos 8.0 on a MacBook 16" with OS Ventura. I created an Album of photos. It appears under My Albums. Then I selected File- Share- Shared albums. The option is to 'Add to Shared Album' ... ummm, what Album? The category is Shared Albums (plural) so not sure what Apple means here. Ok.. I select New Shared Album. BUT nothing appears... no photos at all. I tried this many times and waited 2 hours. Nothing appears in the Shared Album. What am I doing wrong? Why won't photos appear? Is there a limit? I have a 2TB iCloud subscription.

Same here. As of yesterday, iCloud is not downloading my pictures. Nothing wrong with storage or wifi connection or anything, it just won't sync.

Same for me. The folder is empty when there should be many shared folders. Was working just a few weeks ago.
