Bought a new MacBook Air M2 15inch. What I can observe is the hinge is quite tight and unable to open the laptop with one hand.
Is some else facing similar issue ? what can we do to resolve this ?

Apple has stated to give it time to loosen up. Until then, you'll need to use two hands. I suppose that's a bother to some, but it's also not a situation this community can deal with as it's a physical anomaly and we don't deal with that.
Nothing has failed and Apple doesn't do preventive or anticipatory repairs. There's nothing to repair.

Im facing the same issues I had a checkup for my MBA-15" but the issue with the stiffer hinge is still not resolved yet and the battery health has dropped to 96% I have charged it only 24 times till today.
