How can I move the photos on the iPhone to a folder in my photo album

Press down lightly on the photo until this menu comes up:

Scroll down to Add to Album. Touch it and follow the insturctions to pick the album.

In photos, move photos to a folder and not see under all photos? Is there any way to move a photo to a folder and keep it there and not have it under all photos?
