What is this untrusted certificate pop up I got?

I was in my email and suddenly got this pop up from apple that was titled certificate and said it was untrusted. What is this? I researched a little about it but I couldn’t find anything about shafeehaque but I did find people who got similar pop ups. They said to check in calendar for suspicious accounts and I did find one and deleted it. Deleting that account was probably the solution to that certificate, but can someone actually confirm that I did the right thing or is there something else I need to do to fix that untrusted certificate? Also does anyone recognize parishings.club or shafeehaque.com?

Same thing was happening to me. I did some research and was told to go to settings -> calendar -> accounts -> and remove any untrusted/unknown accounts from there. I did this and there was an account with a random url and description that said “click OK to continue” i deleted the account and havent had any issues since. Hope this helps
