Double Charged For Songs

I was given a discounted price to finish an album on pre-order and when I clicked the pre-order I was immediately recharged for the 4 songs I had already purchased...

Despite being offered a cheaper price for already owning those songs

A fourth song subsequently became available and I was charged $1.35. Now I have been charged $10.49 for the remainder of the songs. So I have paid $15.89 for $9.99 album. Complete My Album…at full price?! I’ve purchased 7 songs from an album. Complete my album cost is 3.06. At confirmation, 9.99 or full regular rate is going to be charged. I don’t understand - can someone help point me in the right direction on rectifying this? Thanks!
