When plugged to may PC, my phone goes to "Iphone recovery mode" (It got water damage and I have manage to get to connect to my PC)
I need to do a backup so I don't lose all the stuff not in Icloud

See the section for Windows. Hopefully you can get it backed up but this is why backups before damage occurs is so very important. Take care and good luck.

Unfortunately, it's probably too late for a backup. You'll have to go with what you have.
