Upgrade to iCloud+

Hello, I have one question. If I have Icloud+ 200gb and top it up. If I can't pay for iCloud+ next month, will my data be deleted?

You will no longer be able to access your data, if the data exceeds the default 5GB storage space.

But, you can copy your data before that to your computer. Have a look at this article:

Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support


After that downgrade your plan:

Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support


However, you could also use Apple Gift Cards to top up your Apple ID balance and pay for iCloud storage:

What you can buy with your Apple Gift Card or Apple Account balance - Apple Support
