How do I set a sleep timer on Macbook air with Venturs ios

How do I set a sleep timer so I can watch TV on my MacBook and have it turn off at a specific time?

It was possible with Monterey but not with Ventura

New version of MacOS Ventura and the sleep option, which no more exist Hello, I have a problem. In the previous version of mac software before MacOS Ventura, there was an option in System System --> Battery a setting which let me set a time in which I want to sleep or turn off my Macbook. Now it is not available but still my Macbook wants to sleep in speciffic time (the last time I set in the previous version). How can I stop it? Or how can I use the option again. How to prevent Macbook pro to sleep if an app is running I use R studio, and there are some scripts that has 1 or 2 hour running time. I know, that in the Settings > Lock screen tab I can set that never enter sleep mode, but it would be inconvenient many times. My question is, is there a solution, that if the R studio app is running, it prevents the Macbook to enter sleep mode? 2020 M1 Macbook pro 13" macOS Ventura 13.4.1 Thanks!

Auto sleep for Mac Studio? I've been using mac laptops for almost 15 years, my latest desktop was a Dual G4 so I cant remember this.... but I can't find the preferences for auto sleep on Mac Studio, I could find that in Energy in the Macbook Pro. The screens go off, but the Mac still awake, and I would like , as in the laptop, send it to sleep to save energy when I'm out.
