The equalizer for specific song is not working on Apple Music

There is a feature in Apple Music that allows you to apply individual equalizer and volume adjustments for each song. (Link: Adjust the sound quality in Music on Mac - Apple Support)

I am currently using Apple Music on an M2 MacBook. However, the individual equalizer presets are not working. Here are the attempts I have made to resolve the issue:

Disabled Sound Enhancer and Normalizer.
Changed the options for the directory where the songs are downloaded.
Enabled the global equalizer.

I have also attempted to try similar answers discussed in the community, but the individual equalizer still doesn't work. Are there any specific conditions under which the individual equalizer works?
