when I update my iPhone 11 from iOS 16.6 doesn’t want to download it cause it keeps giving me occurred

Go to Settings ➜ General ➜ iPhone Storage, find the update and delete it. Then go back to Software Update and try downloading it again.

Charge the battery to at least 60% and keep the phone connected to the power adapter during the update.

Read my previous reply.

Go to Settings ➜ General ➜ iPhone Storage and look for something labeled "iOS 16.6 update" or similar.
