I forgot my apple id and now I can not use my apple watch 5

Before I used to use iphone 5 and also I had Apple Watch series 5, but unfortunately I lost my phone and now I don’t know my apple id and password to unlock my Apple Watch please help me to open activation lock. Are there any app to unlock apple watch from icloud

If you're the original owner and you can provide valid proof of purchase information you can start an Activation Lock support request.
